Welcome to Creative Jewelry UK. By browsing our shop or purchasing our pieces, you’re agreeing to the following terms. We’ve kept them clear so we can get back to the art of jewelry making.

1. Our Craft & Custom Orders

Every piece we create is a blend of artistry and precision.

Handmade Variations: Since many of our items are handcrafted in London, slight variations in stone color or metal texture are not defects—they are the "fingerprints" of artisan work.

Bespoke Pieces: Custom-made or engraved jewelry is final sale. We begin work once the design is approved; changes after this point may incur additional costs.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to the fluctuating market costs of precious metals  and gemstones.

Secure payments are processed at the time of order. Your financial data is never stored on our local servers.

Shipping

UK Delivery: We use tracked services to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

International: Customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import duties.

4. Returns & Hygiene

Standard Items: We offer a 14-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging.

The "Earring Rule": For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive faulty.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Care & Liability

Jewelry is delicate. We are not liable for damage caused by "wear and tear," such as exposure to harsh chemicals (perfume/chlorine), accidental snapping of chains, or loss of stones due to impact. Please refer to our Care Guide to keep your pieces shining.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and branding are the property of Creative Jewelry UK. Please don't use our creative work for commercial purposes without a written "cheers" (and a license) from us.
